6 - Warranty

Defective product - You must go to a physical store of EQUIPSOM, presenting the invoice and the complete article. In case this option is not possible, you can request a repair request through the mails provided or by telephone.
Returns for transport damage - If the customer detects any anomaly or damage caused by the transport of the item he ordered, he must immediately report the occurrence to EQUIPSOM. In the case of large volumes, the customer must, on receipt and unpacking, check for any visible damage that may have been caused by transport. If the article has any damage, you should not accept it. After signing the transport guide, EQUIPSOM is not responsible for any physical damage caused by transport.
7 - Returns
The consumer has a period of 14 days, counting from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the goods. Returns are only accepted with the prior consent of EQUIPSOM.
In case of return, the customer will receive a voucher of equal value for the returned equipment with a validity of 12 months.
In case of return the responsibility and cost of transport is the customer's responsibility.
8 - Responsibility
EQUIPSOM is not responsible for damages resulting from any computer viruses or any other situations to which it is alien and that prevent access and correct functioning of the ecrater domain as well as the services provided therein.
